Ankeny Girls Thunder Lacrosse senior night in pictures
The Ankeny Thunder Lacrosse program started in 2013 as a club team associated with Ankeny High School. The Lacrosse season is spring with indoor practices starting in mid-January. Games start in March for high school teams and in April for youth teams. Ankeny Thunder Lacrosse also offers fall ball, which is meant to introduce new players to the sport of lacrosse.
